Sanjay Mittal

With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and IT across both public and private sectors, Mr. Mittal brings deep expertise in providing strategic organizational leadership across areas such as policy development, planning, enterprise architecture, and implementation of innovative solutions. His background spans healthcare delivery systems, healthcare IT policies, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, application development, data analytics, business intelligence, budget and resource management, and a range of federal and state health programs, including Medicaid and Medicare. He has led initiatives involving Health Information Exchange (HIE), Electronic Health Records (EHR) for inpatient and ambulatory settings, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), case and disease management, and MITA (Medicaid Information Technical Architecture). Their work has focused on improving healthcare outcomes and tracking key performance indicators to drive measurable impact. 

 

Mr. Mittal holds a Postgraduate Program certificate in AI and Machine Learning: Business Applications from the University of Texas at Austin (2021), a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from M.N.R.E.C., Allahabad, India (1991), and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from India (1988). In addition, he earned the Certified Chronic Care Professional (CCP) credential from the Health Sciences Institute in collaboration with the Care Continuum Alliance in 2011.
